The representativeThe book was first published in 1931, and was primarily intended as a tool for union representatives in the many organizational units of the Norwegian labor movement. It is just as important for todays representatives to know the required rules for the well functioning of their organizations. This English version is a translation of the 9th Norwegian edition, which was revised by Truls Gerhardsen in order to better serve current organizational needs.
