Riesling, Oliver's, Edna Valley 2018This incredibly tart and racy Riesling is grown by the Talley family. The vineyard sits about half way between San Luis Obispo and Arroyo Grande and enjoys the cool coastal air off of the Pacific. The soil here is chert or silex as the French say. This give the wine a nice chalk like, mineral edge.
